Technical Support Subscriptions

Each initial purchase of a Red Hen software product comes with a one-year technical support subscription (including software maintenance and upgrades). This assures customers hassle-free, priority support, with answers to all their questions. Each purchase of hardware comes with a one-year warranty.

But what about the years that follow? You can purchase additional support subscriptions for software after the first year. You can also purchase extended warranties for hardware beyond the one-year time period.

Remember: You must have a current support subscription for your specific Red Hen product to contact technical support by telephone, email, and fax to receive assistance.
