SUPPORTProper implementation and use of your Red Hen products will provide you with valuable information and documentation to ensure a successful trip to the field yielding relevant, quality data in your maps. Red Hen customers who are trained by Certified Red Hen trainers are more successful in their data collection mission and in quickly transforming their data into a usable product for sharing and decision making. Red Hen Systems offers affordable training on all of our products either at our location or at the customer's site. This intensive, hands-on training will provide customers with a thorough understanding and readily-applied knowledge of our software and hardware. We encourage clients to practice and use their product within the first two weeks following training and periodically thereafter to reinforce what they have learned.
Training Objectives
Each training session is customized to the customer's needs and application, no matter the level of skill. Every training class begins with an introduction to the hardware and software, followed by basic data collection and processing. The training course covers several tools within MediaMapper and MediaMapper ELITE that can be used to enhance any project. Some of these tools include azimuth feature creation, image registration, background data, and multimedia compression techniques.
When the training session is completed, the customer will be able to efficiently collect and process data, and create quality multimedia maps for their projects.

Training at Customer site $1800 per day plus travel expenses
